On your wedding day, my goal is to be the steady presence you didn’t realize you needed. Someone you trusted to do the job well, and ended up relying on throughout the experience.

Long before the wedding day arrives, I’m invested. I’m getting to know you, your plans, and what matters most — sharing in the excitement, talking through details, and building a level of trust that allows everything to feel more natural when the day finally comes.

Because when there’s a genuine connection with your photographer, the entire experience changes. The day feels calmer. The moments feel uninterrupted. And the images reflect that ease — not just how the day looked, but how it unfolded.

I care deeply about the people I work with, and many relationships continue well beyond the wedding day. That continuity, that trust, is at the heart of everything I do.

Hi, Im Winterlyn Stebner

Born and raised in Chicago, with my roots firmly planted in Logan Square. I’m naturally introverted, observant, and calm by nature… until it’s a wedding day. Then something shifts. I feed off the joy, the nerves, the love in the room, and I show up fully—for you.

I bring a steady presence paired with genuine warmth. My team and I move through the day with intention: soft when the moments call for it, energetic when you need it most. We’ll make you laugh, dance alongside you, quietly fix what needs fixing, and guide you when it matters—without ever making the day feel staged or forced.

After more than 11 years of photographing weddings, I’ve learned how to read a room, anticipate moments before they happen, and create space for real connection. You don’t need to worry about what to do or how to pose. You just get to be present—with each other, with your people—while I take care of the rest.

When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m usually running on caffeine, spending time with my family, or pouring my energy back into this business I love. And yes—after countless September weddings, I’ve officially developed a strong aversion to that song (a running joke my couples know well).
