A year of Growth & Joy ~ Best Of Weddings 2019
Every year I say I want to write a blog post based on my experience as a photographer and also about my amazing clients in the past year. Somehow I never seem to get around to writing it up. This year is different. 2019 was by far the best year for myself and my business. I put so much of myself into Winterlyn Photography. Not only emotionally but financially. I took business classes, SEO workshops and upgraded my website. My website was my biggest accomplishment of 2019. I wanted to be able to have a place to send my clients to where they could really get a feel for the experience they would have as a WP Couple. I’ve enjoyed the wonderful feedback from both my clients and professionals who have visited my little home in the cloud and enjoyed their experience.
Experience. I say that word a lot now. I realized a few years ago that I wanted to be a different kind of business/wedding photographer. Each of my weddings inquires I go in as if I am meeting an old friend. I want to get to know you both as individuals and as a couple. I LOVE knowing that after the wedding day has come and gone and your wedding gallery has been delivered, that we stay in touch.
Following my clients via social media, we interact and share our very special lives with one another. I have photographed weddings, maternity, and family portraits all for the same family. There is no better feeling than knowing how important what I do is to my clients. I hope this comes across to my clients and that they understand how much their trust means to me.
To my 2019 WP couples: Thank you so much for allowing me to live my dreams. Your trust in my ability to capture your wedding day means the absolute world to me and my family <3
