Nancy & Angel’s Biagio Events Chicago Wedding

Nancy and Angel said I do on November 5th at Biagio Events and Catering in Chicago.

A Windy Biagio Events Wedding

We started our day at The Rose Hotel in Rosemont, IL. We had already planned for Angel and Nancy’s first look to be indoors and the majority of their portraits to be inside as well. We had over 60 miles per hour winds and heavy rain just right before the first look. I love it when weddings are first about love and then about everything else. Sometimes, on your wedding day, not everything will go according to plan. This was definitely the case with Nancy and Angel. But we never saw a sad or worried face, they were enjoying every moment as it came. It was obvious that the love that these two shared was genuine and untouched. They really were just having fun at their wedding!

The wedding was held at their family church Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. After the beautiful and very emotional ceremony and family photos, we headed to Biagio’s for wedding reception fun! The wedding reception was very Latinx. Traditions that have been in their family for generations were shared on their wedding day. The Mariachis band, La Vibora De La Mar (Sea Snake Dance) and La Danza de los Viejitos. Guest and family members drank, laughed, and danced the night away and celebrated a beautiful couple becoming one.

We say a million thank yous to the newlyweds. We had the honor of capturing this day with you, and we couldn’t have asked for a better couple to work with. The love, joy, and excitement that you both exude are contagious.
