Chicago Downtown Elopement | M&M

A week before their elopement M&M reached out to me to document their special day! A few requests were made. They wanted their dog to be in a few shots around their Bucktown neighborhood. They also wanted a few shots around the neighborhood of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints before their rooftop wedding ceremony. Done and Done! We shot around their home as well as on the roof of their apartment building. Afterward, we headed to the church for some more portraits and on to the church to meet up with the pastor and his wife. The bride and groom set up the zoom meeting so friends and family from afar could witness this joyous celebration. It was short and sweet but so meaningful. The bride and groom exchanged rings, kissed, and went right to their guest to hear the prepare speeches the couple’s parents had prepared. There were tears and laughter. All of the emotions you would witness at a large celebration. The couple left hand in hand out of their church as Mr & Mrs. <3  I hope you enjoy their elopement story.
