Illinois Backyard Elopement

I first met Chloe & Antonio over our zoom meeting last month. We instantly hit it off and found we had a lot in common. For one, we both love animals and cherish our fur babies <3 Second, we both love the arts and in fact, Chloe & Antonio have theater backgrounds which is how they met. Nine years ago they went on their first date and even though it didn’t go according to plan, Chloe had an amazing time and had found her mate. There is no denying how much Antonio loves Chloe. You see how much respect and admiration he has for her in the images I captured. As I was choosing my favorites from their day for this blog, I couldn’t help but smile the entire time. Chloe was absolutely the most beautiful, red-headed bride I have photographed. She just glowed! And Antonio looked at her like she was the only woman in the room the entire day.  The setting for this Illinois Backyard elopement was held at Antonio’s parents’ home in Palos Park, IL Fitting that their life as man and wife would start here in Antonio’s childhood home because this is where Antonio had proposed to Chloe.

The weather on their wedding day could not have been nicer. Especially for a Nov outdoor wedding. We lucked out for sure. Every detail of this wedding was touched by Chloe & Antonio’s parents who put together such a beautiful ceremony location and went all out to host and prepare a lovely dinner spread for the bride & groom and their guest. Hopefully a year from now, Chloe & Antonio will be able to throw the large bash that had been planned for this year and celebrate with all of their loved ones near and far.
