Saturday was pure magic celebrating Elizabeth and Connor’s wedding at the historic St. James Chapel in Chicago. It was a perfect autumn day, and the love these two share was radiant in every moment. Capturing their glowing portraits in this golden light was an absolute dream! This wedding at Saint James Chapel in Chicago was simply unforgettable!

The day began with Elizabeth getting ready at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel on the Magnificent Mile, where the views from her suite were beyond amazing. Connor, on the other hand, spent the morning in their stylish Lincoln Park apartment, surrounded by his closest friends.

They decided against a first look, so the emotion was palpable when Connor saw Elizabeth walking down the aisle with her mother and father. Their ceremony took place at St. James Chapel, nestled within a historic building in the heart of Chicago. The chapel’s French Gothic design, paired with its vibrant stained-glass windows, created a perfect backdrop for their heartfelt vows.

After the ceremony, we hopped on a trolley and headed to Lincoln Park for portraits. The warm October weather gave us the perfect golden glow, making for some truly stunning shots. The day concluded with an incredible reception at Theater on the Lake. Situated at the intersection of Fullerton Avenue and Lake Shore Drive, this historic venue offers sweeping views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline. As one of the city’s few lakefront event spaces, Theater on the Lake provided a picturesque and unforgettable setting for the celebration.
