The latest issue of Chicago Style Weddings is here, blooming with beauty! 🌸✨ Our team poured our hearts and creativity into the 2024-2025 Designer Challenge, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share the results with you all. From dreamy floral arrangements to stunning decor, this celebrates love and artistry.

The Gilded Aisle Weddings led our team to create a setting that feels like you’re taking a romantic walk through Paris during the spring. Using pastel shades, Winterlyn Photography captured the beautiful creations from ECBG Cake Studio, From Ashley Calligraphy, The Gilded Aisle Weddings, Hedonia Flowers & Nuage Designs at The Study at the University of Chicago.

The inspiration came from the cherry blossom motifs on one of the feature walls in the ballroom at The Study. From there, we built our vision. My team and I wanted to make people feel like they were strolling through Paris’s tree-lined Trocadéro. With that charm in mind, we chose colors to match spring foliage—especially ballet slipper pink, French vanilla & tea green.

We didn’t stop there! A flower market seating chart and lush floral arrangements that cascade beautifully were added to our design. Every photo is a perfect mix of nature and urban elegance. This Designers’ Challenge setting feels timeless. It’s like you’ve stepped into a fairy tale version of Paris where love is in the air, always and forever.
